Base Salary
$188k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect major product features leveraging AI to create effective user experiences.
- Lead high-value product initiatives from inception through successful production delivery.
- Anticipate system bottlenecks and re-architect components proactively to prevent customer issues.
- Prevent technical debt while increasing iteration speed.
- Maintain high code quality and help develop engineering processes that support reliable shipping.
- Collaborate with product and design partners and contribute to end-user experience decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience solving challenging zero-to-one software engineering problems across multiple teams.
- Strong product judgment and focus on end-user experience.
- Experience working across the stack with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, Postgres, and Docker.
- Demonstrated ability to own execution from inception through successful outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, uncertain, and ambiguous environments.
