Base Salary
$200k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect major product features leveraging AI advancements.
- Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key components.
- Lead high-value product initiatives to accelerate iteration speed.
- Maintain high standards for the codebase and develop engineering processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping user-facing product features.
- Strong product instinct with a focus on end-user experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to own execution from inception to successful outcomes.
- Team player who values collaboration and co-discovery of ideas.
- Ability to thrive in complex, uncertain, and ambiguous environments.
