Responsibilities
- Build frontend interfaces for manufacturing applications and platform features.
- Make architectural decisions that keep frontend systems consistent, maintainable, and scalable.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed while maintaining quality.
- Create reusable components, patterns, tooling, and guidance for engineers and AI agents.
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to understand needs and iterate on solutions.
- Build complex interfaces including data grids, graphs, editors, workflows, and real-time applications.
- Identify and improve confusing, inconsistent, or unfinished user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production frontend systems with modern web technologies.
- Hands-on experience using AI as an engineering tool to improve development velocity and output quality.
- Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, reusable components, design systems, or component libraries.
- Care for accessibility, performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Strong visual judgment, sound technical decision-making, and ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with Next.js is helpful.
- Experience with complex interfaces, testing tools, SDKs, developer platforms, embedded applications, or microfrontends is beneficial.
