Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to features across Eventual's stack, including the Daft query engine and visual understanding pipeline.
- Profile, benchmark, and optimize real systems handling petabytes of customer video.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Python and Rust.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and take on real ownership of projects.
- Engage with researchers to quickly address their pain points.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or within a year of graduation.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Rust, C++, or Go.
- A passion for systems, distributed systems, databases, or data infrastructure.
- Curiosity and willingness to tackle hard problems.
- Excited to work in person in a small team environment.
