Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time streaming services for many concurrent users and connections.
- Design and improve high-throughput, event-driven backend systems.
- Develop distributed systems for reliable market data and trading platform infrastructure.
- Connect backend systems with trading venues.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of backend engineering experience and strong software fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience building real-time streaming backends and high-throughput event-driven systems.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Python experience is useful.
- TypeScript and React experience is relevant for full-stack work.
- Experience with financial markets, trading, crypto, stocks, fintech, market data, trading venues, or venture-backed fintech startups is a plus.
