Base Salary
$160k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise deployments end-to-end for strategic accounts.
- Build custom integrations with customer systems including CRMs and e-commerce platforms.
- Configure and optimize AI agents for customer-specific workflows.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support sales cycles.
- Embed with customers to understand their workflows and opportunities for automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning systems in production.
- Excellent communication skills for working with engineers and executives.
- Startup mentality with high ownership and comfort in ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
