Responsibilities
- Develop cloud applications with Java and TypeScript in an agile team.
- Design software architectures and sustainable implementation and solution concepts.
- Build modern frontends with Angular and TypeScript and backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Work with messaging systems including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Support the full software lifecycle from development and testing through rollout.
- Analyze and optimize existing applications and support stable operations through monitoring and error analysis.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and improve development and deployment pipelines.
- Work in complex enterprise environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Apply development standards such as Clean Code and Test Driven Development using tools including Git and Jenkins.
Requirements
- Completed IT-related university studies or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional software development experience.
- Strong fullstack development experience across both frontend and backend.
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and ideally event-driven architectures.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or comparable technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and tracing, such as Grafana or Splunk.
- Independent, structured, quality-oriented working style and experience with Clean Code principles.
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Readiness to work throughout Austria.
