Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and operate software services for business solutions.
- Create practical user solutions with business departments and analyze requirements to define suitable technical solutions.
- Lead technical aspects of software and digitalization projects, including requirements engineering.
- Further develop web applications and process automations.
- Coordinate and manage external service providers.
- Support the digitalization of production processes and business operations.
Requirements
- Completed education focused on informatics, such as HTL, university of applied sciences, or university.
- Professional experience in requirements engineering, software design, implementation, and testing.
- Very strong Java skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, HTML, JavaScript or TypeScript, and CSS; Angular experience is advantageous.
- Experience with robotic process automation and interest in using AI in software development are advantageous.
- Interest in production processes and practical business solutions in the automotive environment.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Low willingness to travel.
- Logical, structured, networked thinking; a hands-on mentality, team spirit, and customer-oriented working style.
