Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements.
- Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management.
- Take ownership of integration workflows from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Improve system reliability and observability through best practices.
- Optimize performance and scalability of web applications.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure high availability.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
