Responsibilities
- Drive the technical direction of the Insights platform to support thousands of practices.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Improve system reliability and observability through best practices in monitoring and logging.
- Optimize performance and scalability of web applications for seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability of core functions.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Lead and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience focused on scalable full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong architectural skills for designing and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Experience leading multi-month, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end engineering and performance optimization.
- Experience with complex backend systems and API design.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on observability.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
