Responsibilities
- Provide architectural oversight for Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes at enterprise scale.
- Govern ServiceNow platform configuration across modules in line with architecture, quality, and compliance standards.
- Own go-live readiness, delivery checkpoints, risk management, and transition to operational teams.
- Manage a multi-vendor platform programme and coordinate internal and distributed delivery teams.
- Facilitate executive and senior stakeholder workshops and maintain stakeholder review sessions.
- Produce and maintain Architecture Decision Records for platform governance and design traceability.
- Guide ServiceNow integration design with Azure Monitor and other cloud or monitoring platforms.
- Align delivery outcomes with SRE principles, managed-services practices, runbooks, and service-transition standards.
Requirements
- Active ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications across ITSM, Virtual Agent, and ITOM.
- Strong hands-on experience architecting and delivering Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Demonstrated accountability for module configuration oversight, go-live readiness, and operational handoff.
- Strong delivery management experience covering governance, risk tracking, milestone management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery models and complex programme structures.
- Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, decision-making, and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform delivery, architecture, and governance.
- Experience in FMCG and managed-services environments is preferred.
- Exposure to Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure Monitor, DataDog, or similar observability platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing offshore and distributed delivery teams, plus familiarity with SRE principles, managed services, operational runbooks, and service transition, is preferred.
