Base Salary
$14k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of an AI-driven end-to-end exploit discovery, productization, and delivery system.
- Coordinate engineers and security researchers and establish technical practices and infrastructure for quarterly deliveries.
- Collaborate across teams to productize and integrate targeting data, tools, and infrastructure for mission customers.
- Conduct capability development and vulnerability research involving zero-day and N-day exploits and CNO tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or four years of hands-on experience in a software engineering or similar full-time position.
- At least 10 years of experience as a CNO developer and/or security researcher.
- Proficiency in C, Python, Go, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cyber operations tradecraft and software architectures.
- Experience implementing and evaluating agentic AI workflows for complex software tasks.
- Demonstrated team leadership and communication with external stakeholders.
- Preferred: mobile or browser development or vulnerability research experience, cyber operator or analyst experience, and exposure to Intelligence Community mission sets and customers.
