Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution and delivery of large, complex projects.
- Ensure the long-term architecture and quality of the team's codebase.
- Champion the adoption of an AI-driven SDLC using agent-based techniques.
- Solicit feedback and build consensus on engineering designs.
- Take full-cycle ownership of projects from planning to maintenance.
- Make impactful technical contributions across the full stack.
- Drive collaboration with teammates and stakeholders.
- Mentor L5 engineers to enhance team skills and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 7 years in full-stack development.
- Significant experience in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in using AI throughout the SDLC and product development.
- Deep expertise in one or more technical areas.
- Superb programming and software development skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- At least 6 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in managing relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Experience with front-end languages and frameworks such as JavaScript and React.
- Familiarity with hosting platforms like Heroku and cloud providers like GCP.
