Base Salary
$132k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with global clients to architect end-to-end solutions.
- Provide best-practice recommendations and on-the-fly solution suggestions.
- Assist the sales team in articulating complex product functionalities.
- Identify and document potential risks impacting deployment success.
- Write accurate Statements of Work encompassing all project requirements.
- Lead complex deployments from project kickoff through transition.
- Gain deep product knowledge and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or consulting.
- BSc/BEng or higher degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading enterprise SaaS projects.
- Expertise in creating and managing web services, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Expertise with CCaaS provider solutions, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
