Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build fast, reliable mobile experiences for government staff and field workers.
- Develop resident-facing mobile workflows for checking permit status and submitting applications.
- Ensure users do not lose progress when working with limited or interrupted connectivity.
- Define native mobile engineering standards and product quality expectations.
- Shape future mobile workflows, capabilities, and staff and citizen experiences.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
- Ability to make ambiguous early-stage product and technical decisions in a rapidly growing product.
- Strong focus on mobile usability, speed, friction reduction, and real-world usage conditions.
- Product judgment to help determine what to build and why.
- Alignment with GovWell’s core values.
