Responsibilities
- Build complex, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
- Own significant frontend modules, design systems, and UI platforms through resilient and extensible implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards and development best practices.
- Optimize rendering performance, bundle sizes, load times, and smooth 60fps interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other engineering teams on technical roadmaps and user experiences.
- Evolve the frontend stack and component library using modern frameworks, design patterns, and web platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of client-side architecture, state management, rendering strategies, and micro-frontend patterns.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Turbopack, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Vercel and AWS CloudFront.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing UI/UX issues and cross-browser behavior.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
