Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features end-to-end from design to deployment.
- Build systems that streamline the parsing and standardization of complex financial data.
- Deliver client-facing features using AI technologies to automate workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Invest in developer experience by building and refining development tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope and validate client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Data or Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
- Expertise in Python/Flask, TypeScript/React, Tailwind CSS, and data tools.
- Experience with on-call shifts and resolving production issues.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to see initiatives through to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments.
- Curiosity and experience with AI and LLM technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and feedback.
- Strong Database/Data Warehouse experience is a plus.
