Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support agentic AI applications that orchestrate workflows, decision-making, and automation.
  • Advise teams on architecture, integration, and best practices for AI-enabled applications.
  • Partner with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to develop practical AI solutions.
  • Apply security, resilience, ethics, and responsible AI principles throughout application development.
  • Support applications from proof of concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Share knowledge and coach others across the engineering community.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience designing and supporting complex production-grade applications.
  • Software development experience in Python or a similar language, with exposure to the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled or intelligent systems, such as agent-based workflows, orchestration layers, or advanced automation.
  • Understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and modern engineering practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience includes LLMs, AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, responsible AI, model governance, risk controls, regulated or large-scale enterprise environments, and mentoring or technical leadership.
