Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain production agent components in Python using OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
- Deliver scalable multi-tenant services with tenant isolation and secure-by-default implementation.
- Develop user stories, subtasks, acceptance criteria, tests, test automation, mutation testing improvements, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, linting, test stages, and build troubleshooting.
- Participate in incident response, post-mortems, remediation work, benchmarking, profiling, and operational improvements.
- Implement metrics, logs, traces, runbooks, onboarding documentation, troubleshooting guides, and focused refactors.
- Develop agent orchestration patterns, evaluation sets, evaluators, skill writing, and MCP implementations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical interviews, candidate evaluations, and team communication.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with Python, OpenAI Agents SDK, RAG, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Experience benchmarking evaluation sets and writing evaluators.
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration patterns including worker/supervisor and concurrent fan-out/fan-in approaches.
- Experience with skill writing, MCP implementation, agent security, and responsible AI.
- Direct production experience with LangGraph and LangFuse.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work effectively on a team.
- Knowledge of retail planning products and DevOps is additional desirable experience.
- Experience deploying agents with performance, scale, and reliability in production is additionally desirable.
