Responsibilities
- Define BSS/OSS digital transformation roadmaps, target architectures, transition plans, and cloud-native ecosystems aligned with business goals.
- Design end-to-end BSS/OSS architectures integrating CRM, order management, channels, billing, customer care, network inventory, service assurance, and fulfillment.
- Identify AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases and translate business requirements into AI-ready techno-functional solution designs.
- Develop API-led, microservices-based, scalable, modular, and future-proof solutions, including real-time charging models for 5G, IoT, and hybrid business models.
- Advise stakeholders on solution options, integration planning, cost effectiveness, robustness, security, and maintainability.
- Support business development through bid management and proposal preparation.
- Contribute to consulting assets, methodologies, research, white papers, and thought leadership.
- Guide teams and mentor junior consultants in BSS/OSS strategy and solution architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in telecom BSS/OSS architecture, solution design, and transformation.
- MBA and B.Tech/BE educational qualifications.
- Deep knowledge of BSS domains including CRM, order management, fulfillment, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of OSS domains including service provisioning, service assurance, network inventory, fault management, and performance management.
- Understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled solution design, APIs, SOAP, REST, microservices, and TM Forum APIs.
- Knowledge of telecom products and platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Netcracker, or Amdocs is desirable.
- Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI prototyping, copilots, or agent platforms is desirable.
- TOGAF or eTOM certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B marketplaces, NaaS, GPU-as-a-Service, AdTech, Private 5G, and telco data-enabled products is desirable.
- Experience with technology-driven business transformation, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or MS Projects is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, decision-making, customer-experience, and leadership skills.
