Base Salary
$165k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer goals and pain points.
- Act as 'customer zero' to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements.
- Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share best practices.
- Collaborate and teach within the Chainguard team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
- 2+ years in a pre or post-sales customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- A continuous learner with a strong drive for excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of software development processes and engineering design.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
