Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support software installation or system modifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate project progress and provide ongoing customer-focused status reporting and responses.
- Gather client clarifications and feedback to support quality, usability, serviceability, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality, customer satisfaction, and MIS reporting objectives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill: Embedded Debugging.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system problems.
- Experience developing software solutions, fixing errors, adapting software to hardware, improving performance, and upgrading interfaces.
- Ability to design and execute software validation and testing scenarios.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgradation certifications.
