Responsibilities
- Build simple workflows to cover multiple user journeys in Databricks Control Plane.
- Develop self-serve and modular UI flows for product teams.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in planning and execution of complex projects involving multiple teams.
- Create, deploy, test, and upgrade complex data pipelines with visualization features.
- Provide a SQL-centric data exploration and dashboarding experience.
- Work in an interactive environment for collaborative data projects.
- Mentor and groom junior software engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Experience leading large multi-quarter efforts with customer impact.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch.
- Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
- Motivated by delivering customer value.
- Familiarity with server-side web technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of current trends in front-end architecture.
- Experience building large-scale products.
- Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures.
