Responsibilities
- Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Establish architectural best practices for Salesforce application design and integration.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of Salesforce technologies to enhance business processes.
- Provide technical leadership for complex Salesforce projects.
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including design and deployment.
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance for scalability and reliability.
- Define and enforce governance processes, including security protocols and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce, including development and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and integrations.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce tools such as Lightning Experience and Apex.
- Proven expertise in designing and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
- Good to have certifications like Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
