Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of internal tools and libraries for test automation.
- Define and evolve quality strategies for testability and release readiness.
- Drive cross-organizational quality initiatives to enhance execution speed.
- Identify systemic risks in critical systems and implement validation strategies.
- Mentor engineers and influence design for testability across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align testing priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on test automation frameworks.
- Experience in defining and driving code quality for tests.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, preferably in Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and modern build tools.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
