Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the agent harness.
- Build systems for running and reproducing AI safety and security experiments.
- Own environments, versioned tooling, and repeatable runs.
- Partner with security research and evaluation engineers to improve their workflows.
- Debug platform failures and reduce friction for researchers and internal developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
- Comfort with containerized environments and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, ML infrastructure, or evaluation harnesses.
- Care for versioned tooling and repeatable results.
Benefits

- Base salary range is $152,000-$241,500 for Level 3 or $184,000-$287,500 for Level 4.
