Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture, module development, and configuration for Drupal-based web platforms supporting critical infrastructure information sharing.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure platform architectures in SBU and FOUO environments.
- Build and maintain API integrations and content management frameworks across CISA and HSIN platforms.
- Optimize platform performance and scalability for high availability during operational and emergent events.
- Develop solutions to identify and remediate stale or duplicative content and enforce content governance.
- Ensure platform updates, interfaces, and deliverables comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for deploying secure and tested code updates to production.
- Provide technical leadership for the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of CI-ISE and HSIN-CI platforms.
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional web or platform development experience.
- At least three years of experience developing and managing Drupal-based platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Drupal architecture, module development, and site configuration.
- Deep understanding of secure platform design in SBU and FOUO environments.
- Advanced API integration, web services, and content management framework skills.
- Strong platform performance optimization, troubleshooting, and scalability capabilities.
- Active Drupal certification or a government-approved equivalent credential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability/Public Trust or EOD approval.
- Only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required clearance level.
Benefits
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, eight hours per day.
- Work location is Arlington, Virginia / National Capital Region.
- Relocation is not provided.
- Position is contingent upon contract award and is currently not funded.
- Occasional physical activity is required, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
