Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and develop new features and components for existing ServiceNow applications.
Build configurable, modular, intuitive software across client-side and server-side web technologies.
Develop and support ServiceNow scoped applications, APIs, UI pages, and UI macros.
Test software, troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and deliver high-quality code.
Collaborate with software engineers, quality engineers, product owners, and architects.
Follow engineering and release processes, demonstrate software to stakeholders, and provide technical support during design.
Create functional and technical documentation and identify and document best practices.

At least 4 years of experience.
Experience developing ServiceNow scoped applications, including hands-on client-side and server-side scripting.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow UI pages, UI macros, and API development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and design patterns.
Ability to produce clean, semantic HTML and CSS.
Experience with analytics, debugging, functional and object-oriented programming, and high-quality code delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with nontechnical team members or clients.
Understanding of software application development lifecycle processes, including requirements, quality assurance, design, implementation, issue tracking, version control, and deployment.
Preferred: React and TypeScript knowledge, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification, mobile web application experience, web accessibility knowledge, and experience with DevOps tools.
Preferred: knowledge of calculus, algebra, or statistics.

Work onsite Monday through Thursday and choose the work location on Fridays based on work requirements.
