Responsibilities
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of projects aligned with product, technical, and business goals.
- Design and develop large-scale, high-availability services, including APIs and data models.
- Build and evolve microservice and event-driven architectures supporting card loan attribution and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, Accounting, Data Science, and engineering teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues while optimizing code for robustness, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions and design reviews, and promote engineering best practices through code review.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development or engineering experience with deep system design and architecture knowledge.
- Experience leading team growth and fostering continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or Kotlin, or similar.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems, web frameworks, and RESTful API development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
