Responsibilities
- Manage production operations issue management and response.
- Collaborate with internal support, engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
- Lead a technical team toward issue resolution.
- Utilize issue/workflow ticket tracking systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and train peers and stakeholders.
- Oversee deployment and release management.
Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of proven professional experience.
- Exceptional skills in configuring and tuning Java applications.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and SVN.
- Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix bash command line.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using log analysis and application performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
