Responsibilities
- Build features used daily by teachers, students, and families.
- Work across Primer’s full-stack technology platform using TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay.
- Own projects and lead initiatives that shape the product.
- Help establish the foundation of Primer’s engineering culture as the team grows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and academic-program teams.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to apply them in real-world situations.
- Experience owning a feature or product from idea through live production use.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with significant ambiguity.
- High standards for product quality and craftsmanship.
- Passion for improving the U.S. education system.
