Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of connectors across AI clients, agent frameworks, and MCP servers.
- Support major AI clients including Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot through authentication, policy enforcement, hooks, and session extraction.
- Provide identity, governance, and observability for agents built with Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, Google ADK, and future frameworks.
- Maintain the reliability of 50+ third-party MCP connectors and manage upstream breaks, authentication regressions, and migrations.
- Own coverage smoke tests, monitoring, on-call, incident response, and real-time debugging.
- Build the TypeScript/Express OAuth broker for OAuth 2.1 flows and tooling to scaffold, validate, and publish integrations.
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and customers while helping shape the integrations engineering function.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building integrations, SDKs, or developer-platform connectors.
- Expert-level experience with OAuth 2.1, including authorization servers, token brokers, or complex multi-provider flows.
- Hands-on experience building or operating MCP servers and shipping on at least one agent framework.
- Strong TypeScript and Python skills.
- Experience building integration test suites against authenticated third-party APIs.
- Production operations experience, including tracing customer issues through logs and API responses to root cause.
- Experience maintaining a catalog or marketplace of third-party integrations with versioning, deprecation, and migration patterns.
- Ability to delegate real work to AI agents as part of a daily workflow.
- Contributions to the MCP specification or an agent framework are a bonus.
- Experience running or scaling a partner or integrations engineering function is a bonus.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity, including SSO and SCIM, and policy enforcement is a bonus.
