Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of integrations: design, build, launch, monitor, and debug connectors.
- Ensure major AI clients work seamlessly through Runlayer, managing authentication and policy enforcement.
- Provide identity, governance, and observability for agents built on various SDKs.
- Maintain reliability of 50+ third-party MCP connectors and guide admins through migrations.
- Conduct coverage smoke-tests on every release and debug issues under real-time pressure.
- Build the OAuth broker service and tooling for new integrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnerships, and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building integrations, SDKs, or developer-platform connectors.
- Expert-level knowledge of OAuth 2.1 and experience with authorization servers.
- Fluency in agent ecosystems and experience with MCP servers and agent frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience building integration test suites against real third-party APIs.
- Operational mindset with a focus on reliability and issue tracing.
- Experience maintaining a catalog of third-party integrations.
