Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications for Agentic AI solutions, AI copilots, intelligent automation, and enterprise workflow orchestration.
- Build responsive interfaces for AI copilots, agent dashboards, workflow management, analytics, conversational AI, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Develop backend APIs, microservices, and orchestration services supporting AI workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate LLMs, AI services, agent frameworks, and enterprise knowledge sources into business applications.
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and search experiences.
- Implement authentication, authorization, security, role-based access controls, monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly applications.
- Troubleshoot production, application, and integration issues; participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD initiatives, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development; the posting also lists 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar databases and with AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, conversational interfaces, or AI search capabilities.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms and familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, context management, agent orchestration, AI observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, and responsible AI.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience instead.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and software engineering skills; experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
