Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for the Rollouts product portfolio using an API-first approach.
- Define technical direction across multiple products, technologies, and engineering organizations.
- Standardize APIs, improve continuous delivery performance, and enable interoperability with internal and external tooling.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, UX, Technical Program Management, and other functions on platform-wide initiatives.
- Drive cultural and technical change supporting reliability, risk reduction, safety, compliance, and development velocity.
- Advocate for innovation and challenge internal products to avoid unnecessarily evolutionary approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in engineering leadership or related technical roles.
- Experience defining system or process requirements for systems.
- Experience leading technical teams and implementing engineering products at an executive level within multinational organizations.
- Preferred experience landing outcomes across diverse products and technologies while balancing product heterogeneity with platform centralization.
- Preferred experience leading large, fast-paced engineering teams across multiple organizations.
- Preferred experience leading API-first infrastructure software development from design through troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with leading industry DevOps tooling and service management solutions.
- Track record of growing team capabilities through role modeling and mentoring.
Benefits
- Ireland base pay is €232000 - €237000 EUR, plus a 30% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
