Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, designs, and working software solutions.
- Build foundational components and user experiences integrating generative AI capabilities with AWS QuickSight features.
- Code and test system components and participate in code and design reviews.
- Own end-to-end code quality, system, functional, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, customers, stakeholders, applied scientists, and solution architects.
- Drive system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance for large-scale distributed software.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
