Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build innovative software technologies and services in a large distributed computing environment.
- Develop and globally expand Customer Service AI-guided workflow services using Generative AI and machine learning systems.
- Implement instrumentation to monitor metrics and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, business partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape product vision and prioritize projects.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting services owned by the Software team.
- Deliver projects using coding, testing, continuous deployment, and software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
