Responsibilities
- Build and scale developer-facing interfaces, tooling, and automated workflows for the end-to-end experiment lifecycle.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Contribute to and update documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to evaluate technology choices.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with Python and C++.
- Experience with high-performance computing concepts, development, or technologies.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with large-scale data processing pipelines such as Flume, MapReduce, or SQL-like data processing engines.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: familiarity with online controlled experiments and A/B testing.
Benefits
- Canada base salary of CAD 150000–153000 per year.
