Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from concept through production while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify code, architecture, and infrastructure with measurable business impact.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve workflow and code quality.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with product and design to build the right solutions for users.
Requirements
- Experience with or willingness to learn Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Java, gRPC, and AWS.
- Ability to break down complex user stories and execute with minimal guidance.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
