Responsibilities
- Build and scale distributed systems for game moderation.
- Solve complex problems across backend services and ML pipelines.
- Develop innovative detection approaches using data-driven insights.
- Lead the team by tackling challenging problems and mentoring peers.
- Collaborate with Moderation Operations, Product Management, and Data Science.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building high-scale backend systems.
- Experience with machine learning is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in multi-person codebases.
- Strong focus on delivering end-to-end products.
- Ability to empathize with cross-functional stakeholders.
