Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design workflow architectures and establish digital strategies.
- Act as a technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams.
- Guide new product introductions and collaborate with executive partners and project management teams.
- Resolve complex architectural escalations and improve processes across client engagements.
- Manage complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and multi-project engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications, including Spectrum ERP.
- At least 10 years of professional consulting experience within the construction industry.
- Deep expertise in construction business processes, including accounting workflows such as General Ledger, AP/AR, and Payroll, or project management workflows such as Job Costing, Change Management, and Billing.
- Experience managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements.
- Familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Experience with Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata is a bonus.
- PMP certification or a background in instructional design and technical consulting is a bonus.
