Responsibilities
- Build and scale Complete’s compensation management platform.
- Own product and business functionality end-to-end.
- Help scale the company to new countries, tens of thousands of users, and enterprise customers.
- Work on authorization, customizability, observability, security, and other enterprise-scale technical challenges.
- Contribute across the Python/Django backend, GraphQL API, React frontend, integrations, authentication, and operational tooling.
Requirements
- Experienced engineers who can own and grow entire lines of business end-to-end.
- Strong autonomy, urgency, and high agency in a small-team environment.
- Product-minded approach focused on quality and customer outcomes.
- Ability to work in person at the San Francisco office 4–5 days per week.
