Base Salary
$130k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ML pipelines from data ingestion to model monitoring.
- Own the technical direction of core ML Platform components.
- Collaborate with product engineers to deliver ML models for recommendations and personalization.
- Guide experimentation strategy and performance analysis.
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor ML engineers.
- Align technical initiatives with long-term ML strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a professional ML or software engineer.
- Proficiency in at least one key programming language, preferably Python or Golang.
- Expertise in designing large-scale ML pipelines and distributed systems.
- Deep experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Spark.
- Strong cloud expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to optimize system performance and lead technical projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
