Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java applications, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Build and maintain Spring-based APIs with attention to reliability, performance, and clean code.
- Deploy and manage application workloads using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Use Gradle and Maven for application build activities.
- Implement and support Kafka- and MQ-based messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application health and performance using Grafana.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities, conduct security testing, and debug and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product owners, and end users to define enhancements and recommend solutions.
- Support and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java development and practical experience building production-grade applications and APIs with Spring.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and associated build and messaging tools.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Grafana, and related development and monitoring practices.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
