Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software and solutions.
Provide project estimates and progress updates to technical leads or managers.
Research and resolve reported software system problems while following internal standards and procedures.
Coordinate the technical work of a small project team and plan project and individual tasks.
Maintain detailed knowledge of software, underlying network and system software, and dependencies.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
Apply AI development capabilities including prompt engineering, AI model and provider knowledge, AI safety, data security, agentic development, and evaluation operations.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent software development experience.
At least 3 years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java programming.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Tanzu.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Ability to collaborate with global teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred experience includes working with Indian and global engineering teams and exposure to fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
Preferred AI experience includes RAG, MCP, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, and LLM architecture.
