Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related GTM applications.
- Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations among GTM systems including Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, and data enrichment tools using APIs and Workato.
- Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled improvements that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Maintain system stability, data integrity, and reliable operation while adapting to changing business priorities.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and create support documentation and playbooks.
- Translate cross-functional business requirements into technical designs and deliver solutions within defined scope and timelines.
- Support testing, validation, deployments, release cycles, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce or GTM systems engineering, administration, or development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and platform automation such as Flows, Apex, SOQL, Workato, or equivalent.
- Experience building and maintaining GTM system integrations with tools such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, or data enrichment platforms.
- Strong understanding of data models and APIs for sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- Experience with workflow automation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern data visualization or analytics tools such as Looker is preferred.
- Exposure to REST APIs, middleware, or integration frameworks such as Workato or Fivetran is preferred.
