Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and performant software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technology communities.
- Implement secure coding and unit testing practices to improve software reliability and protect sensitive data.
- Resolve technical problems, advise stakeholders, manage risks and controls, and support policy and process changes.
- Lead and supervise a team when applicable, including allocating work, coordinating resources, and supporting professional development.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts relevant to the area of expertise.
- Ability to analyze factual information, select solutions using acquired technical experience, and resolve problems.
- Ability to guide and persuade team members and communicate complex or sensitive information.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions and influence decisions within the area of expertise.
- Commitment to secure software development, code quality, continuous improvement, and relevant policies, regulations, and codes of conduct.
