Responsibilities
- Determine automation needs with business areas, partners, clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Develop or maintain computer programs through design, coding, testing, debugging, and installation.
- Provide ongoing systems support, troubleshooting, system guidance, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Prepare requirements, feasibility, definition, design, project phase reports, manuals, and training materials.
- Provide project support and planning, including test plans and user acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discussions, support decision-making, and deliver work products requiring limited revision.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Programming, debugging, and systems testing knowledge to maintain computer programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
- College or university degree and/or some relevant experience in programming, systems analysis, or business systems design is preferred.
