Responsibilities
- Own specific application modules and provide technical guidance for solution design and complex issue resolution.
- Gather requirements from internal customers and create user stories and design documents for development teams.
- Present software product demonstrations to internal and external customers.
- Influence product and solution evolution using product and technology expertise.
- Improve software and business processes through automation, reuse, reduced design complexity, faster response times, and simpler user experiences.
- Ensure product designs align with enterprise architecture vision.
- Collaborate with users, development teams, test teams, and end-to-end solution teams.
- Lead technical design reviews and discussions involving products, applications, modules, or teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, or Computing, or equivalent.
- Preferred telecom domain knowledge, particularly OSS and Network.
- Three years of experience designing software applications.
- Strong expertise in Ethernet services, Broadband services, and OSS.
- Expertise creating and presenting user stories and design documents.
- Understanding of software development processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of network architectures, inventory creation and management, provisioning, and customer service provisioning.
- Preferred knowledge of TM Forum APIs for product, inventory, and service management.
- Microsoft Azure Solutions certification is preferred.
