Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software solution design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned with business objectives.
- Work hands-on with Databricks, Databricks Jobs, data pipelines, notebooks, and data transformations.
- Support data product engineering and Data Mesh initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks is required.
- Experience with Databricks Jobs, data pipelines, notebooks, data transformations, and data engineering is required.
- Good understanding of data product engineering and Data Mesh concepts is required.
- GCP / Google Cloud Platform experience is required or relevant to the role.
- Databricks Unity Catalog is a preferred skill.
