Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver agentic systems that implement sense → think → act loops.
- Drive the engineering organization to develop multi-step, autonomous workflows.
- Engineer AI-driven workflows that produce measurable outputs and improve through iteration.
- Define standards for AI-assisted development tools and practices.
- Establish testing and validation approaches for adaptive systems.
- Design frameworks and integration patterns to reduce costs for future projects.
- Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and improve AI-native practices.
- Contribute to the growth of core organizational values.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, production-grade software systems.
- Strong fundamentals across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Comfort designing non-deterministic systems.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud-native environments.
- Proven experience building agentic systems with AI capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of LLM integration and AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to set technical direction and engage with ambiguous business problems.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
