Responsibilities

  • Engage business stakeholders to identify processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and integrations.
  • Configure agents, prompts, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Extend solutions with targeted custom code and develop prototypes and production-ready solutions with data and engineering teams.
  • Test functionality, integrations, and response quality while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Support deployment, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement in accordance with security and responsible AI standards.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and manage stakeholder relationships while collaborating across delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse is preferred.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell for solution development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, security, privacy, Model Context Protocol, enterprise integration patterns, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience developing solutions in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
